• İMSAN GROUP and İMS LOGISTICS prevent the unlawful processing and access of personal data and ensure its preservation.
• İMSAN GROUP and İMS LOGISTICS ensure the processing of personal data in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms.
• İMSAN GROUP and İMS LOGISTICS take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security for personal data.
• İMSAN GROUP and İMS LOGISTICS do not transfer personal data of data subjects abroad without explicit consent.
• İMSAN GROUP and İMS LOGISTICS do not transfer personal data and sensitive data belonging to relevant parties to other individuals or legal entities without the explicit consent of the data subject. In cases required by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other regulations, data may be transferred to competent administrative or judicial authorities without the explicit consent of the data subject and within the limits and conditions prescribed by the legislation.
• İMSAN GROUP and İMS LOGISTICS retain personal data only for the duration prescribed by the relevant legislation or for the period necessary for the purpose of processing. Accordingly, data controllers comply with any retention period specified by the relevant legislation or retain data for only as long as necessary for the purpose of processing. If there is no valid reason for retaining data beyond a certain point, that data will be deleted or anonymized.
